  1. On April 6 of this year I went to process my passport at the Honduran consulate here in Chicago and they told me that it would arrive in 4 to 8 weeks and we are already in September and it still hasn't arrived, I try to call the consulate and they don't They answer that the $75 and the stamps were covered and nothing. The truth is that it is essential that you take into account delivering them on the same day so that this type of thing does not happen. Without that document we cannot do certain procedures that are urgent, such as having an account, renting a house and until the children can be enrolled in school

  2. This information is no longer valid, today 10/21/2022 I went to my appointment to **RENEW** my passport at the Honduran consulate in New York. Present my birth certificate, my green card and my expired passport. They did not want to use any of the three documents, they told me that I could not prove my Honduran citizenship with said documents. They even told me that I was in Honduran territory, that I should not take out any American paper. They told me that I must have a Honduran ID card. I have never needed this document, and I will never need it, which is why I don't have it, but I have been told that without it I cannot get a passport.

  3. Thank you very much for taking your valuable time to provide us with this detailed information…see you in future projects…
