Third Generation Mexican Consulate Registration

North Carolina, Raleigh –  The Third Generation Mexican Consular Registration, in addition to having a new design, also has high-tech security elements that make it virtually unalterable.

As it is an inclusive document, Mexican people who identify with non-binary gender will be able to obtain their consular registration certificate by marking the box corresponding to sex with an “X”. Also, they can choose not to reveal their sex or gender, in which case the sex box will not be visible.

Characteristics of the Third Generation Consular Matriculation

The material with which it is made is polycarbonate and it is printed with a laser. In addition, it contains holograms with micro texts and all the information is in a hidden chip.

It contains OVI inks (usually used on banknotes and changes color) and OVM which has a visual effect. Also a security background with relief and an invisible front with fluorescent texts.
