- YMCA Mobile Market A mobile market with fresh produce that visits libraries in the Enka and Leicester neighborhoods on the last Wednesday of each month. The staff for this program is also bilingual.
“Buncombe libraries have also participated in community events and continue to explore new opportunities to offer more services to the Latino community,” the county reported.
