It is important to research and verify the reputation of companies and agencies before providing personal information or making any payments.

North Carolina, Raleigh-  There are different ways to search for companies in the United States that sponsor temporary work visas for workers from countries such as Mexico, Guatemala and El Salvador. They are companies that hire workers with visas such as H2A and H2B, which allow them to work legally, temporarily and with an employment contract that protects them.

People who do not have a professional or university degree can apply for an H2A and H2B temporary work visa. This type of visa It is processed at the Embassies and Consulates of the United States.

  1. SeasonalJobs.com . It is an online portal of United States Department of Labor . From the 2018 the site  Publishes and updates temporary and seasonal job opportunities.
  2. Agriculture department:  The United States Department of Agriculture has a temporary agricultural worker program that allows farmers in the United States to hire workers from countries such as Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras and El Salvador; to work supporting their agricultural operations such as harvesting crops and operating farm machinery. Here You can consult a list of the 10 agricultural occupations that employers requested the most in the United States in 2022.
  3. Employment agencies:  Employment agencies specializing in foreign agricultural workers can provide information on companies that hire temporary agricultural workers. Some of them are Manpower, Kelly Services, and Contratados.org.
  4. Social networks:  Social networks like LinkedIn and Facebook can be excellent sources of information about employment opportunities. You can join groups related to employment in the agricultural industry and review postings to find information about companies that hire temporary agricultural workers.

Remember:  It is important to research and verify the reputation of companies and agencies before providing personal information or making any payments. Additionally, it is important to familiarize yourself with the laws and regulations related to hiring on a temporary work visa in the United States before applying for a job.

Also take into account that both the H-2A and H-2B visas are temporary. This means that They do not grant you permanent residence  in the US, for that you would need to have a Green Card.

You must also take into account that they are issued only for the job indicated on the visa, you cannot change jobs using the same visa.
