The Virgin of Guadalupe is the protective mother for many Latinos in the United States. It is a source of inspiration and strength for many Hispanics who migrate from all over Latin America. They entrust themselves to the Virgin of Guadalupe in sentence to ask you to guide them during their journey in searching for a job that will improve the quality of life for them and their families in their countries of origin.
The Virgin of Guadalupe is a central figure of the Catholic faith for Latinos in the United States, for whom she symbolizes identity with their roots, hope and resilience; at the same time she is a source of comfort and protection.
The image of the Virgin of Guadalupe has been redefined among Latin communities, such as chicanos, for whom the virgin is a symbol that represents their indigenous and mestizo heritage; and to whom to entrust themselves in the face of the challenges they face such as family separation, poverty and discrimination.
There are many prayers for the Virgin of Guadalupe, which is the Marian representation of the Virgin Mary and, who appeared to the iNahuatl indigenous Juan Diego on Tepeyac Hill, in the year 1521. The Catholic Church allows – and encourages – its faithful to make personal adaptations of the prayers to the Virgin of Guadalupe.
That is to say, each person can make their own prayer to thank or ask the Virgin depending on the moment in which they are.

to ask your intercession for (name of person), who has left his or her homeland to seek a better life in the United States.
We know that your journey is difficult and dangerous, and that you will face discrimination and prejudice.
We ask that you protect (name) from all evil, and that you help him find a safe and welcoming place to live.
We ask you, Virgin of Guadalupe, to enter the hearts of Americans, so that they may be more compassionate and supportive of migrants.
So that they work to create a world where everyone is welcome and respected.
We trust in your protection and your love, Blessed Virgin of Guadalupe.

We know your search is difficult and sometimes frustrating.
Take care of him and protect him against discrimination and rejection.
We ask that you help (name) so that they can find a decent, well-paid job with an employer who values them.
May the fruit of your work allow you to support your family and build a better future.
