  1. For more than three months I have been calling the consulate to get an appointment and process my passport, without any good results so far 07/01/2021, around 11:19 in the morning, THERE ARE THREE PHONE NUMBERS ALL numbers are busy ( IT IS NOT POSSIBLE FOR SEVERAL MONTHS IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT THE SYSTEM IS OBSOLETE INVALID THERE ARE NO APPOINTMENTS FOR ANY MONTH THE STAFF AT THE CONSULATE IS RUDE BAD EDUCATED THEY DO NOT HAVE THE MOST MINIMUM EDUCATION WITH CARE) for the cost in which we pay they should have and maintain a better service (FAST EFFICIENT EDUCATED just like the electronic system).

  2. It cannot be that the Guatemalan consulates are so efficient that they cannot give appointments to their citizens. Since the beginning of the year, my husband has been asking for an appointment because he needs his documents because he has to present them to the court and he needs his license, but with this Because of these people, nothing can be done, they have three phone numbers, and none of them answer, they have a hinterland page for appointments, and apparently they have the whole year full and even the other 3 more years are already full, what kind of people They are working there but tell me about the people who work there and they are despots but when it is time to leave they are punctual and they even close the consulate earlier so they can leave on time I think it is not fair what they do to them These people are something you can't believe.

    1. 2 months ago I went to get my passport and they told me that it would be available at the end of March but for 3 weeks I have been calling every day and leaving a voice message but no one answers, it's really not fair what they are doing.

  3. The service at the consulate is very good but I have been waiting for a passport for more than four months, that is a shame, it is a shame.

  4. Hello, I need to get my consular, they already answered my call but it says they don't make appointments by phone only by internet. I went to the page and it told me that there are no appointments so what should I do? Oh, where should I call to get an appointment?

  5. I have been calling for my appointment for 1 month and nothing, I went to the page they designed and there was no room for appointments or I lost my day of work to go to the consulate in Raleigh. The person at the entrance ignored me and asked if they could even help me. the appointment since it was there and nothing then that ago

  6. Hello, good day. I need to know when they will give me my passport. I have to process it on November 21.

  7. Good morning . I tried to get in touch to process my husband's passport. Thousands of kisses and no answers. The passport of those from California, they respond immediately. I don't know why that embassy is not well organized. We are weakened people, how can they give me there?

      1. I don't know why so much modesty saying that they are going to help if they are so rude to their own people when it comes to making an appointment or even picking up the phone right now I'm going to put all these comments on Facebook and on all the platforms and I'm going to take these complaints to the mayor
