I have been trying to renew my passport for a week and there are no appointments available on the platform and if you go in person they are all rude and do nothing without an appointment.
I don't see why I can't enter Colombia with an American passport.

    What a bad system

  5. The dating platform isn't working properly. It doesn't allow me to make an appointment, or I think someone manipulates these appointments. It's never opened for me, even a few minutes before 10 a.m. They claim the app will open.
By the way, is it worth noting that the guard working there is Venezuelan? Could it be that more Venezuelans are working at the Colombian Consulate?
It would be nice to know more about this. But they're not allowed to enter.
