Enlace Latino NC He was recognized on Saturday, June 27, with the Gilbertson-Clark Visionary Award, an award given by El Centro Hispano during its Annual Gala in recognition of people and organizations whose work contributes to the strengthening and well-being of the Latino community in North Carolina.
The ceremony took place at The Historic Wakefield Barn in Raleigh, where The Hispanic Center It celebrated an evening dedicated to recognizing the leadership, solidarity, and impact of those who drive positive change in the communities the organization serves.
The Gilbertson-Clark Visionary Award recognizes the leadership and vision of individuals and institutions that, through their work, generate a lasting impact on the community.

Since its creation, Enlace Latino NC has worked to provide reliable and public interest information on immigration, education, health, labor rights, civic participation and other issues that directly affect Latino families in North Carolina.
