Currently, the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program only accepts renewal applicationsno initial applications.
As of April 2024, the fees for these applications are $555 for the online presentation and $605 for the paper presentation.
For paper filing, two separate checks or money orders must be sent: $85 for Form I-821D and $520 for Form I-765, while for online filing, a single payment is made.
If you need financial assistance to pay for the process, there are organizations that make loans in North Carolina.
